Zara spook puppy?

    I just bought a zara spook puppy at bass pro i was wondering if anyone has done any good with one?

    never heard of a puppy...the jrs are good though

    If I'm not mistaken, the puppy was pre-jr. There's even one smaller....it's called the pooch. I've had good luck with the pooch and the puppy with smallmouth on small creeks....especially Elkhorn Creek.

    Yes, the Puppy has been around for quite sometime. If there is any kind of topwater bite this time of year, I think the Puppy would work better than a full sized fluke, because even though water temps are warming, the fish metabolism will still be a little slow right now.

    i have an assortment of them i TOTALLY love the puppy in farm ponds
    ( i have the frog colored and like a shad colored one)
    i would use the regular spook if fishing bigger waters...but my GO to bait
    is the shad colored SLUGO...can be fished on top as a jerk bait
