Ok I'm perfectly clear that its 15 per individual up to 50 per boat. My question is I'm taking my SS class and I'm gonna supply the jugs for the most part. Will it matter if my name is on all the jugs as long as the limits are followed?

Could you not just put others names on some duct tape and stick that to the jugs. Don't look like it would take much time to do that and be legal.....even gives the kids bragging rights if their jug catches the biggest fish.

I was wrong it is still 50 per individual and 50 per boat. It does however state they must be " permanently labeled" so I guess a piece of tape is iffy

I think they changed it but I guess I should look. All my jugs are marked and I just don't see the need to remark them with another persons names. BTW it ain't kids I'm taking adults and about three boats

Pretty sure its 50 and if you got 3 boats and at least 3 people then u should be good for 150 as long as no more than 50 are in one name.

Sounds like fun. Takes pics! That my kinda SS class.

Heck, just pick up the ones that are stuck in all of the bushes right now that people were too lazy to retrieve and use them. They've got their name on them. :D

Well, a few of them do, anyway.

I picked up 3 of them Sunday that were also there the day before and threw them away.

I used to jug quite a bit and I thought the limit was 30 per person or 50 per boat on T-ville. I better find out b/c I'll be hitting Rough River a lot this year

I've got plenty with someone else's name scratched out over the years. Believe it or not I once found three on the main lake hung up together that were duck decoys painted white! I'm guessing we will only run about 75 or so so I guess ill be changing names on some of my " Junkers"

You don't have to have a big lake to jug fish. I make a circle and drop two or three in farm ponds I know. When I get done dropping them all ill circle around and pick them back up. Easy mess of catfish.

He is probably referring to the fact that a department owned/ managed lake must have 500 surface acres or jug fishing isn't allowed( except for Ballard and Boatwright WMA)

Yep. We used to do that as kids and use a fishing rod with a weight and a treble hook to retrieve them from the water.
