Cooked a bottom round in crock pot today. Added a cup of water. Sprinkled a packet of aujus gravy mix, and packet of ranch dressing all over. Put a 1/2 cup of butter on top of it. Added about 10 pepperocinis. Cooked on low for 10 hours or so. Shredded it after about 8 hours. Put on bun with provolone. Very, very good. The wife approved, and she doesn't normally like venison. Easy, delicious. bingo.
