have a question. pretty sure I know just wanting verification.

I have wildlife damage tags to use on a property I hunt. once I shoot a deer I am to sign the tag and then attach it to the deer.
after that I am allowed to give the deer to another person. right?

Do you own the land? Or is this land that you hunt on?

I am not sure but I thought only the landowner could use these tags. I am probably wrong though. Someone else here should know. Maybe others will chime in.

he can name 5 people to shoot the deer. we had to sign a paper with our address. he sends it fish and wildlife so they know who we are.

As long as it's tagged and have confirmation # you can give it away. But I would landowners information on it to just to be safe. That way if they get pulled over having 2 does they will have tags for them;):cool::D:eek::rolleyes:o_O:D:D:D:D
