I took off the week before and the week of gun season. Same as every year. Best 16 days of the year for me. I occasionally kill a bow buck that first week, but gun season opener is always fun with friends and family, regardless

I'm struggling to decide. Thinking Nov11-Nov20 and couple days the first week, maybe 10/31-11/1 or 11/4-11/7. Hard to go wrong those first few weeks after Halloween.

Last week of October. And the entire week of thanksgiving.
And I’ll have about 5 auxiliary days that’ll be paired with a weekend depending on the weather.
Usually take the Thursday Friday off before rifle. It’s weather dependent though.
I save almost all my days for these two months.

Week of 14th and 21st. Several other days. I usually don’t have any time left to deer hunt after a rough turkey season. This turkey season was fantastic.

Not to sound smart assed but with farming I can go anytime I feel like it. But most usually it is opening rifle season.

Probably right around Halloween for here in Kentucky. We drew Kansas tags this year and I believe we'll be out there from the 3rd to the 13th of November

I used to have to put in my for my time for turkey season on Jan 1 and my time for Deer as soon as I killed out turkeys or the guys used to beat me to it. I’ve almost got all non hunting new hires in now…. Life is good.

I'm fortunate in that I can take off whenever the weather is favorable as long as there isn't some type of computer crisis or my helper is out.

I try to pick the high pressure days to hunt and work if it's too hot or windy.

Same here retired now farm. Farm work done. Starting October 1st hunt just about everyday I can with bow. Hoping to tag out on a good buck. So I dont have to fool with gun season.
