Seen pics like this in the past. It's just a skin condition. Heard of guy shooting deer with large masses similar to these and they are literally only skin deep. meat was perfectly fine.

two years ago my friend shot a doe that had same thing on her....found out it was a skin condition just as someone else commented on here......we contacted local game warden and he told us it is not uncommon to see that.........He assured us meat was fine.........friend skinned her out and she ate just fine.........
