Savoring the smoke
about time for the freshwater shrimp harvest, grill some of those drizzled with garlic butter and some fresh tomatos stuffed with goat cheese before it gets cold and they are gone

We have been cooking chicken on the rotisserie lately. Very good eats...just add your favorite rub, coating, bbq sauce...however you like it..

Turkey breast works well. After the deer season fires up, and if I am lucky enought to harvest a deer, I am going to try a hind quarter on the rotisserie.

I've seen that picture of the wagonload of spotted deer you take each September. You'll have that rotisserie fired up real soon!

 too funny.

Young tender Bambi on a spit is great. Split down the center of the ham and lay in some Salami, Pepperoni, & Honey Maple Bacon. :D

Thanks PastorB. I'm glad you have converted. :D

Take your time. It sounds as if you have a full plate right now. Keep the faith, baby.
