Breast strips rolled in flour and then deep fried is the best!!! A recipe that the guy I hunt on did during the season was to take the legs and thighs and put them in a crock pot and boil them with poultry seasoning, chicken broth, and spices. Once the meat is tender, pull it apart and add some noodles to the mix. Add some corn starch to thicken it up. GGGGOOOOOOODDDDDDD!!!!!
