    Savoring the smoke
for my money, its Masterbuilt. the temp regulating feature is the way to go. cajun injector makes a very similar one. just set the temp you want and walk away

If you settle on a Masterbuilt you wont be disappointed. However, you may not appreciate it as much if you havent dealt with a smoker with an inferior design. In my opinion the difference is night and day. In the past I have used chorcoal, electric (R2-D2 shaped) and grill box type. Masterbuilt definitely easiest to operate and gives best results. Especially if you arent a skilled smoker- as I am not.

I vote for the Masterbuilt Electric Smoker as well. I got one at the start of the year and have been smoking something just about every weekend. It is very very easy to turn out great meat with it.
