We went an helped our neighbor this morning.
Worked 13 big feeder calves.
Wormed them with white wormer an pour on Had to band 3 bulls.
Gave them all shots.
Then we put a group of cows through. Pour on an White wormer an Triangle 10 vaccine.

Built a new exhaust for a sears suburban garden tractor I changed motors in. New motor had a box muffler and those suck.

Same to ya,..mine won the 6th grade district in Social Studies/ History late last year....Then was asked to compete in district for writing composition for 7th and 8th graders a week ago...and won that as well. She's going to regionals in writing composition ahead of her time. Our regionals are in BG.

They are both freshman this year. One on the left (black shirt) is into Arts and Humanities, also sings and acts in the local theaters. She is determined to be the valedictorian and is my deer hunting buddy.
One on the right (purple shirt) is my science nerd and lives in the woods. Both are far better students than i was. Their ability to absorb information is scary.

My kids ask me for help with homework and I feel like Sean Penn in I Am Sam. Now math… I do that all day everyday at work, they read the problems out loud and I talk them through it and never look up from cleaning my guns.

My wife was at academic team competition all day Saturday. They had several students advance to regionals. Last week she was the chief official at a competition.
These students do not get the recognition that they deserve. They have practices an competitions and put in a lot of time an hard work.
