Planted 2 plots, oversewed another. Got two more to do tomorrow then gotta get some electric fence cleaned up and running. Buggers ain't getting in this year when I'm in Manitoba swatting ducks and cranes! Gonna need some rain Sunday, hope we get it.

Finally getting my Browning to shoot!

Slept in and then headed for Beaver Lake. We were out about 4 hours and came home with a nice mess of panfish (enough for 2 meals) and two big catfish. And, most importantly, we had a great time! It's been a rough couple of weeks so some boat therapy was much needed!

Delivered my mom her new crossbow. 425fps. The scope goes to 100yds. We zeroed then I set speed rating on scope. Took it out to 70 checking it and grading bolts.

Then she shot at 60. She is an accomplished marksman and experienced with bows, crossbows, pistols and rifles but was giggling like a kid when she walked up on her 60yard group, going to have to shoot one at a time…. And buy more bolts.

Heading to archery shop for my sister and taking mom to dinner for BDay.

Canning yet again and trying to do laundry at the same time. Figured out I can't do a whole lot of the outside work I was used to with my health issues so I reckon I've taken up homemaking

Poly or sticks? My brother and I did a pull like that at his house. Did 1” PE pipe. Had 125psi. Ran full pressure to hydrants and cut it with a PRV to 60 at house.

That’s the way to do it. Brass Ford fittings are hard to get right now. My fishing buddy is a sales Rep and I sure appreciate that %10 he knocks off the top. 🤣

Tracer wire has gone up a good bit. I ran it at my house and his.
