Cut this blank out several years ago. Wanted to take it the rest of the way by hand. Me and the draw knife did not get along well and I put it away for a while...... so after getting a variety of rasps in house I have revisited. Decoration only...going on an old medium size broad axe. Just rounding off the edges at the moment. This would not be a legit style handle for what it's goin on. I'm just playin.

Note: @barney , significantly much better for the mind and body than anything to do with a post hole digger 😂

I didn’t loose a single hive last winter. Got some rain here today. Should help the GR finish out nice.

Back up & running again here. Fixed breakfast. Drugged one of the dogs - after diarrhea everywhere this past weekend and almost $300 in vet bills yesterday afternoon. Did some paperwork. Ran to town to pick up a few groceries. Came back & made up the syrup for the latest batch of icicle pickles & drained off the alum water & started them in the syrup. Sorted some fall clothes (it's coming!!!!) and got them ready to wash. Washed dishes. And I'm out of steam..... I'm doing good but nowhere near running on all cylinders yet. Gonna try to take a break before getting lunch started.

We went to Morehead today to a DR appointment, Lowes and then groceries.
The weather must be changing because there were panhandlers at every corner. I have never seen so many out panhandling.

Trenched 125 yards of line at work. Set up next job. Worked on an old man’s car “at the job site” on my lunch break… haha, got him going.

Been at the church helping the Heat and Air guys wrestle old unit out with my brother and his tractor, we set new unit in and bid fare thee well, we both have to be at work in a few hours. Just got home.

Ready for another rough one tomorrow.

6:00 am...I walk to coffee maker and bust my ass wide open on my newly finished hardwood floor. Dog puked and I found it.

For shits and giggles I got to watch it on my cameras. I was down for less than a minute but it seemed longer. Already getting sore
