well; this time i made it to the store an back, on the way, i walked through the brush, an stepped on a log an it rolled, i landed on my back close to where i hit, when i ended up with sciatica. i thought, oh crap, another batch of that, so far it aint happened, i took 1/8 of a T-3 pill, at the store before i left, an another 1/8, before i got home. so far, still no problems.
the 6, 16 oz. beers i brought from the store magically turned into 4, so there was less weight, which was a blessing., and despite carrying them, like a knapsack item on my walking stick, they didnt loose their taste. all an all, it was a nice day, though unseasonably cold at night, for june.. must be the global warming Al Gore talks about. at least it will only 52f tonight, if it dont get to windy.

A month or two ago I asked here about a good screened porch system. I framed in and made one section this morning using Lowe’s Screen Tight system. Easy and cheap. Gonna mow rest of day while drinking a few cold ones.

Same here. I've been at it for 2 weeks fighting breakdowns. I just finished stacking it in the shed. I usually don't hate it but this year and the tainted fuel debacle I've had enough.

I have been watching it RAIN off and on all day. It has been so long I about forgot what it looks like. I remember when I was a Kid, the old farmers would be so happy when they got a good rain. My Dad ran a Country Store, and they all sat on the porch and watched the rain.
We have so far received 2.1 inches in the past 18 hours.

Dang that’s some good rain. Steady early AM rain and late evening rain but not that much.

Waiting for it to rain might of wet the side walk twice today but was gone and dry in 10 minutes!

Opened a new pound of powder and it chronographs about 25 ft per second slower than my regular load so I had to add some.
Went out and shot it a few to check at 400, 243 75gr vmax 3,350 fps. 6 shots 6 hits shooting off the truck hood.

Wind has sucked the last few days and I was hungry.
I had to go deep in the swamp to get away from the tide ……it really affects everything here….even the brackish and fresh water fishes.
The five weight flyrod did the job today.

Which screen did you choose? They had several varieties, and I am debating on which one to pick.
