Wife likes it very much. She said she thought it was named Irish Chain..
Yes, it is called a double Irish Chain.
A friend of my wife asked her how she was going to wash the quilt with the red and white so that the red doesn't bleed onto the white.
My wife told her she washed the red material in vinegar water before she started cutting the material up and again after she had it finished.
She has made a lot of baby quilts for family when they had a new baby. When my son got his wife pregnant, we did not know if it was a boy or girl until it was born. My wife made a small block log cabin baby quilt that was pink and blue. The colors were my idea and at the time all this damn transgender crap never crossed my mind. I thought the quilt would work if it was a boy or girl. Pink for girl and blue for boy. They used that quilt it did not faze him and he is a true boy who likes real girls.

I bought her a small quilting machine 18 years ago and she still uses that thing. I have threatened to sell it on her.

Loaded the beefs this morning They were ready four months ago but we couldn’t get booked anywhere else and our local slaughterhouse jumped their prices to $100 kill and $1.15 butcher so the old man said fuc’em they will stay in the barn. Finally got scheduled with Flemingsburg $40 kill 60 a pound. They’re every bit of 1300lb

Yeah, the black heifer is the old man’s that white red is grandmothers then my brother, me and close friend are 1/3’s on the other wht one. We’ve already talked about switching up some steaks for taste testing they’ve been on full feed for the last year ground corn with distillers . Plus they get decent hay. Heck we’ve got two more still in the barn about 750 look like big fat dough balls. All bad eyes.

Still cutting downed trees off my electric fences. Cows been in the Hay Balls already.
This is a big Beech tree.

I had about 10 like this one.

Looks like we've all been doing the same thing. You can't really see it in the picture but that one took out 2 power poles and all the lines.

I lucked out ... I guess .... only had 6 big ones to cut up but at least a half dozen more smaller ones. Gave the dozer a good work out and now I've got to put all the lines and poles back up. Happy day!! 🤬

Maybe I can sell the logs; will a sawmill buy them? I've got some dandies, 2' diameter oak and ash. Somebody make an offer. 🤗
