small honey buns,marshmallows,sardines
I love to use sardines, the catch coons cats and possums:d
I've seen K-9 have a lot of success with peanut butter. Very effective and doesn't stink to the high heavens.
dry cat food works great and PBJ sandwich works well too.
We use mackeral...it only takes a small amount but really works well.
I've had coons I've been after for a week and the sardines I put out have only got me cats. I've tried marshmellows but im at a loss.
marshmallows and maple syrup... easy to use and not messy... works great
i use to use sardines but now all i use is peanut butter..works better than anything!
I used marshmallow with loganberry paste lure in a dogproof trap. I prebaited 3 days before season opened. I set 2 traps and had 1 coon my first try. Made me a believer.
in a cage trap i had really alot of luck with canned oysters they are hard to find but all you have to do is punch a couple of holes in the bottom and top of the can and drain the juice out and that on can will last you for well over a month once the oysters breack down they still have a realy strong sea food smell and dont rot that is all i used to use. i actualy cought a b-cat useing them.
i use burnt popcorn works great caught 8 in a row same trap same place using it
BBQ Viennie's and a Fudge Round, Caught 5 in less than 2 weeks.
Marshmallows seem to work well and are easy. Plus the don't stink.
