what did I do wrong?

I have one original tactacam reveal camera. I got an att reveal xb today. I did everything by the book. I got it to recognize the plan I chose. However, it will not send a test pic. Why not?

Make sure the sd card is formatted. I had a bad sd card that was new.

I formatted the disk. It was actually a tactacam disk.

Do you have the settings so that it will send immediately or do you have it on the twice daily setting?

I've only used a Covert cell cam. Not much help. But with them, you have to set the Send setting correctly.

I wouldn't think so. Call tech support.

Not sure if you did it, but the camera needs to be on and not on the setup option to send a test pic. Try that if you haven’t.

I would try that and also log out and back into the Tactacam App. If that don’t work, call them.

Some silly reason it works now.or had been turned from setup to on as well
