Can’t wait to get to our camp in North Christian. Hope Bucks are on fire opening weekend of gun season. Duster are the leaves dropping good yet?

I've killed and seen my biggest bucks on either the Wed or Thursday prior to gun season. Of course these days change as it could be as early as the 6th or as late as the 12th of November. Seems like Later gun openers are the best.

I always fill my tag by Nov. 5. Seems to me 0ct 31-5th seems most active in the past for me. But weather plays a factor. Thats why tomorrow is a must!!!! 15 degree drop after 2 days of rain! Are you kidding me! Nov 2 will be the day this year.

Wind last Saturday took 70% or more of them down. Hope your camp is not damaged, lot of tree's down in this area.
