I emailed them last night with pics. This was their response

"Aaron,

Thank you for letting us know that the box of your crackers was too large. Our packaging is meant to protect our food, not prevent you from enjoying it. I'm really sorry the packaging caused a concern.

So you can replace the Kellogg's® Zesta® Original Crackers or try one of our other foods, I am sending you a free product coupon that should arrive within 7 - 10 business days by US Postal Mail.

Thank you again, Aaron, for sharing your feedback; it helps us decide which improvements we need to make to our packaging. I'll make sure your comments are shared with our Packaging team.

All the best,

Hyreline C.

I just spoke to a Kellogg's Customer Service Representative. She works within a different department but took the message, because there exist telephone issues today, as well. I told her about the problem, my theory, this thread... told her it looked like a PR Nightmare in the making...started making jokes and laughing; she did, as well.

Someone is to return my call...

If they were concerned about protecting the food, they wouldn't have put it in an oversized box so it could slosh around and break.
