I was introduced to sardines, potted meat, Viennas and the like from my dad. Seems as natural as eating a hamburger.

Vienna’s don’t taste as good ,as they use too ,but still eatable for me,but I guess a lot of things ,are not like they once were.

Nobody in my family ate sardines. I became intrigued by the cans that I imagined as boats as kid. After tasting the nasty things a few times before dumping em on the creek bank for the can they came in I developed a taste that led to a craving..

If you've never had a cold, fried taters, mustard and sardine sammich you're missing out. IMHO
