Venison jerky

I used a little bit of dales, smoke flavored tobasco sauce, and garlic powder. Let sit over night and I put mine in the oven using skewers and placing on the racks. Love using the oven . I won’t use dehydrators again.

One bottle of hickory smoke Allegro and about a 1/4 bottle of Nashville Hot chicken Allegro. I add some brown sugar and a little white sugar and sometimes toss in whatever spices I think is good. Its the best I made. I like a hot and sweet taste and this is perfect. Just don't over do the Nashville Hot because it will get warm.

Deer shoulder … it’s not just for jerky and burger. Especially a nice young one.
