Venison jerky

I sort of combined two suggestions. 3/4 cup sales, soy, 1/4 cup Worcestershire, garlic, salt, pepper, cayenne and red pepper flakes. Got it sliced and marinating. Give it a go in dehydrator tomorrow. Also added liquid smoke and a little honey.

Anyone do it in the oven?
Do all mine in oven. Use kabob sticks and put several pieces spaced out on it. Hang the meat through the racks for 4 hrs or so at 175 with the oven door cracked open. Works fine. Never had a dehydrator that worked for more than 2-3 years
