Sounds good. I had some about 20 minutes ago. I used up some left over deer from last year.

I really like the hot venison goetta from my local butcher. His hot venison breakfast sausage is the best i ever had. I only grabbed a couple rolls because i havent had great results in the past from others but thought id give them a try. Next year ill be getting steaks, hot goetta and hot breakfast sausage from an entire deer (maybe two), the mild is ok, just not great.
