My place in Taylor county is lousy with white oak acorns this year. Dam limbs are drooping.
WOW!! Great too. Don't know why my Oak Trees are not bearing well for around the 5th year here in Northern Taylor. They all appear to be healthy, so it's strange to say the least. I've noticed my one beech tree is sparsely bearing too. We had a freezing temps around the end of April after above normal temps, during late March & early April.

Why? Want to cancel them cause you don't like their business?
Well, I don't know of too many hunters who are crazy about the outfitters leasing everything they can get their hands on, and driving up the prices on everything else. But apart from that, imagine if those guys had to actually start, you know, **hunting** and not just shooting fish in a barrel.

While I completely agree a large portion of guys like that would be lost without baiting but it definitely isn’t shooting fish in a barrel when hunting over bait. They definitely become more patternable over bait but are much more weary and cautious when coming into corn piles but that’s just my 2 cents

If they are crooks, whatever that means in this situation, how can they still be in business? They have a lot of repeat clients. Evidently haven't lost their guide license.

Wonder what they pay for 50 lbs buying in bulk like they do?
Have you ever applied for guide license?

I'll ask the next time that I am there and let you know.
