ABC news was reporting as Trump was speaking. They said they polled the audience present at CPAC and only 54% of them would vote for him. WAKE UP Uhmerika!
Absolutely no substance to this thread. Just a bunch of males sounding like cheerleaders or cult followers. I have absolutely no idea what the former president said, being how not one of you wrote about any of his statements having purportedly been made. Regardless, I do not believe that former presidents should interfere in such a manner. The one before him did so, as well; whereas the one before that had enough respect for the Office of the Presidency to refrain from doing so, to the best of my knowledge. I am most certainly uninterested in what our current president has to say, while even less from any of those having served before him. I shall be glad when he is no longer our president. Until such time, he is so and should be afforded that respect by all former presidents.
From day one how much respect did people give Trump, about the same people give him today. I lost ALL respect for the govt after they allowed a rigged election.
To clarify, respect is due to the Office of the Presidency and respect should be earned by the one whom holds said office.
I’m not a big Trump fan like some of you guys are for various reasons BUT he’s the best thing to ever happen to US politics in my lifetime. He pulled away the mask and revealed the true nature of the beast in DC. That genie will never be put back in the bottle.
He could possibly bump that number up to mid 60's if he would come on stage at his next appearance with a nice pair of scuffed up slip on boots.
