You guys should take note that this has only happened 3 times in our history of midterm elections (according to historians). The Dems did far better than excepted in a time of inflation and low presidential popularity. You just might have to consider that the republican messaging sucks. They do the opposite of what they say they represent and in a time of constant video you cant lie like you used to. Unless republicans rebrand themselves and stop being a party of culture wars, conspiracy and constant division and start actually respecting state rights and democracy they are going to continue to lose from here on out.

Lmao you can lie like a sack o’ shit, you a retard or something? Here’s a list of over 200 lies by Shits His Britches.

The Federalist... okay. How many lies does that "publication" make on an hourly basis? The thing is you cant constantly go to bashing the other party as being your message, eventually you have to come out with some actual policy and sell it to the public. I'm trying to tell you that the Republican message is hollow, you cant keep running with culture wars. Their plan is to keep running conspiracies and gerrymandering their way to win elections, its not a sustainable plan. Your platform cant be that the president craps his pants, even if he does, the public still votes for him and his party because the alternative is worse and has not provided an alternative plan. The republican party is in real trouble.

Good point.
This is why most people, including me, want a strong republican party that has the people in mind- so we have checks and balances. When the republican party loses its way we all lose because we only have 2 parties and it gives too much authority to the other party. The point was to for the parties to work in the center, not on polar opposite sides of the spectrum.

Mitch with an opinion.

"First, let me just say that there is no room in the Republican Party for antisemitism or white supremacy. And anyone meeting with people advocating that point of view, in my judgment, are highly unlikely to ever be elected president of the United States."

To the religious right on here...this is something that would never happen the other way around. When was the last time 47 Dem's crossed the isle for anything? Stand proud for the R's  They're too busy signing gay bills to raise any hell about a flat tax of any kind.

Thank God this passed so we can put this behind us, move on and focus on some real issues as a country. Congrats to the R's that realize that this isn't an issue that should be debated for the next 50 years. And thank you Clearance Thomas for disclosing that this was your agenda so we could make sure that it never becomes a reality. People are tired of these stupid culture issues.
