Brand and model of your rifle
    And preferred trigger weight
It seems most people prefer 1 1/2 to 3 lb
I shoot very light triggers i shoot a rem 700 or a 7600 and 760 remington pump i taught myself years ago how to do the triggers on a rem auto and the pumps
I just cannot shoot a sloppy or heavy trigger biggest complaint i hear on the pumps is the trigger
Its a easy fix if you know how my 700 put a timney elite 8 oz in
Pumps are a little more than that but not a whole lot
I was just wondering your preferred trigger weight

    2 -2 1/2 , on my jewel triggers. Couple of rem 700 triggers @ 3.
Sent my 7600 and 870 triggers off to smith that worked on them, got them down to 3-3 1/2 but not crisp because of the way they are made.

Not sure what mine is, I just know it’s light. It’s a Winchester model 70 in 270wsm, I figured out how to turn it down and got it lighter than factory, helped my accuracy a lot

When I shoot my 700, then shoot my ML, it's like squeezing a coconut. LOL.

Mine has the best trigger of any gun I own. It’s a pleasure to shoot.

I recently had the factory trigger on my Ruger compact magnum in .308 changed to one by Timney, set at 3 pounds. Have another Ruger MKII in .270 with the same trigger from Timney also set at 3-pounds. I also changed the trigger spring and sear on my: Ruger Model 77/.44 Magnum, 77/.22 Hornet, and my Brother's 77/.22 LR using Volquartsen sear & spring replacement, set at 2 3/4 pounds. All rifles are much better shooting.

I never go below 2.5 lbs on a deer rifle. They can get thumped around in vehicles and slung over a shoulder, etc, so I don't go lighter.
