Trees on wrong land

    As I said, there are exceptions.

    It's not the first time I've discussed the law vs. common practice with KDFWR employees ... Things didn't change then, and I doubt they'll change now.

    The only thing that makes a difference regarding trespassing in west KY vs east KY is that there are huge tracts of corporate lands owned by coal, timber, and land management companies that get treated like no-man's land. If that is the land in question nobody usually complains about trespass.

    Alot of hollers in eastern ky dont want anyone with a badge coming around.

    I wish the KDFWR would hurry up and ban corn piles,get sick of my dog trespassing on them corn piles.Next time he trespasses without my consent,im going to call the law on him!
