Congratulations on your doe Jman, health issues are keeping me grounded right now. Hoping for better days!
Normally I used to kill early season, which wasnt that hard to do with full foilage and laid back deer. Grandson does the killing now, and it doesnt bother me at all not to kill a deer, and I didnt last year. We wont eat but 1 or 2 a year, and I guess im just past the need for blood stage. I do get more satisfaction watching him get it done, and his younger cousin ( girl) is expressing intrest. Until you get there, you just wont believe how satisfying it is. 3-d events, and campout hunts with friends will never stop as long as im able, but at this point, im not even cranked about killing. Next week, maybe, maybe not. Its strange
