If you’re willing to come down on the price some I’d be interested in it. I’m in Shepherdsville
PM me an offer before I list on Gunbroker
Used 7400s starting at $475+ on gunsamerica. New in box worth a lot more.
I wasn’t saying it was a bad deal just more than what I was wanting to spend and I probably wouldn’t take a gun like that hunting it has more value in it than what I’d put one through packing
Sent you a PM
Had one just like it,brand new, sold it to one my few best friends,he still has it unfired
Never jam like that will they. Lol
It never had the chance.I did have regular 7400 .270 no engraving, and didn't have lock pins hunted with it 10 years and killed a lot of deer with it.It started jamming and I got rid of it.It was a good gun.
A guy that used to hunt our property hunted with one. Would jam every shot. He used it as a single shot he said. Had to manually work the bolt every time. Always bothered me at even a young age why he wouldn’t fix it or use a diff gun.
Had several of the 742 models which I think were before the 7400. One in .243 and one in 30.06. My brother has a 7400 in 30.06. All have been good guns. Killed a bunch of deer with them without issue. My old mans 742 he had would jam of it had a 7400 magazine in it though. Would only shoot right with the 742 mag but will run em like a champ with that mag. Same went for the .243.
Seen this listing thought I’d share
