Any of you use them? Have any reviews? Only goose call I carry now is a BG cheapy. I’m drawn to the TG logo (my initials) and think they look pretty cool and sound good in some of the videos I’ve seen. Trying to do some research before I drop $160.

Dont have any of the newest ones. But got a real old half breed. Really like it. But dont use it much. Use my Big River most of the time.

My hunting buddy blows a TG Super Mag. Sweet sweet sweet sounding call. But try to find one that was built prior to 16. In 17 Bass Pro bought em out and they as expected have gone down hill. But if you look around you should be able to find one.

I've had a couple... I'm far from a dedicated goose hunter. I found a Primos Honky Tonk for about $28 and prefer it to the TG calls.

Haven't found a goose call that I can reliably use. For every good honk, I produce ten bad ones!!!

for $160 I would look at some of the custom call makers better hand made product than a mass produced CNC call. that's my personal opinion check out hadden hailers. He makes awesome calls and has some of the best goose guts I have used.

I’ve got several of the half breeds. Really great call, especially at the $50 price point. I have two, one tuned high that I can call snows specs and cackles with and the other lower for Canada’s. Not my first go to call, but always have one on my lanyard.

if you call the shop they will tune it how you like and you can pick up in person and have it tweaked on site. I did that with a couple I was taking to Scotland that I wanted tuned for pinkfoot and greylag geese.

I like the Grounds G Force pretty good. I think that and the G Overhauler would be my top 2 choices in that line up.

Not sure on bass pro buying it 2016? But i would call them and buy direct from Hunter Grounds. You will talk to him personally tell him what you want, and what your doing. Buy what he recommends. Super nice people I will always remember the afternoon I spent with him and his dad.

Grounds makes good calls but field and clay hudnall with field proven calls are right here local in Oldham co ky and id put any of their high end calls against any grounds calls. They are as good as it gets. Lifetime warranty and free maintenance and tuning for life. Plus youd be supporting local boys. Check them out.

That’s pretty cool. I’ll have to look into them. I’m on South Oldham Fire Dept. Never heard of them. Would be cool to have something local.
