Facts: He didn't take his dad's gun. He didn't take a gun across state lines. The only clear cut law I see him breaking is possessing a firearm which is a class A misdemeanor. Arguing he shouldn't have been there is valid, but just an opinion. Same as saying minors shouldn't be out there protesting.
So some dick that refused to serve “karen” coffee gets one but a dude that took out 3 pos dont? Wow...
All of that is fine but he retreated and exhausted all possibility of not using lethal force. That is the threshold in the law you are referring to and my man Kyle clearly exceeded it.
That guy is hysterical. I don’t tweeter, but my little brother does and he gives me regular tweets from the attorney. He’s funny and doesn’t mince words.
What are we referring to? I think I’ve read all the pertinent Wisconsin laws pertaining to this miscarriage of justice. Unless I’m missing something...this kid is being rail roaded.
united nations just criticized our gun laws over this. I urge you to go donate at fightback.law.......never know, they may be defending you next time. I’m starting to think charges will be dropped against Kyle soon.
When the United Nations has so many negative nations, Red China, or so, it quit being a positive force. I dont put any stock, or what they think, anymore. United Nations died many years ago. they let any nation in. An a BS Place.
There was an update by the lawyer doing the breakdown. Changed to 16 being legal for possession for WI, not sure on IL.(?) If so then all good. Now, the real question is what the judge and jury will do. If he is in the legal limit 100% to have been there with a firearm (because its obvious he was acting in defense, everyone agrees) now what happens? And lol, where is the NRA? The media is trying to bury him though, talking about the 'victims' and not mentioning the pedophilia or felony charges. Youll see where america stands on the other side of these court cases.
