Not saying if he is or is not a moron. However I completely agree he will get the Trump haters vote, why wouldn't he.
I'm saying the republican party is waking up and realizing Trump is not an asset today. He's a liability and you will slowly see them distance from him if they want to swing the middle(deciding) vote.

By “they” you mean a certain % of them, not ALL of them but with the ‘rats willing to “walk over hot coals to vote against Trump” that’s enough. They’re galvanized against Trump and now a rift among Republican voters is the last thing needed.

I don't see "they" in my post.
But what I mean is the middle, moderate, "non crazy" voters that doesn't buy into the BS of either radical extremes of either side. "They" don't want to see any more idiotic conspiracy theories and don't believe in the radical left crap. Trump is a liability to the voters that push the election to the winner.
