Whatever the reason for his refusal to hear the case ... it proves that he is compromised in some way or another and has treasonously failed to uphold his sworn oath to the Constitution of The United States of American ... he should be arrested immediately and hauled out of the Supreme Court building in chains to face charges that will lead to his execution as a traitor ...
