That's about as cold as anything I've ever seen ... if that isn't an attempted double murder, I don't know what is.
How any so called "DA" could turn that sick little SOB loose to prey on the people of his County is beyond my comprehension. Does anybody think he wasn't going to kill someone for kicks just as soon as he got the chance?
