There will be a clearing house ( Main World Bank ) for all monies of every country, it will be in the form of SDR's....Special Drawing Rights. As it stands each SDR will be based on a countries holdings in PM's, the more you have the better or more your SDR will be. There is a reason Central banks and Governments around the world have been buying PM's for the last few years.
