I'm in going to the creek then hopefully the doves are still in the corn field for an afternoon hunt
Ducks? I heard a few different wonderful geese flying around the house today, not too long before dusk and at different times.
Good luck to all. And happy thanksgiving. Didn’t get on the spot we wanted most. Starting off with the back up plan
We showed up at 10pm and were the 6th rig. Launched the boat and tied it to a tree... Woke up at 4am with 14 rigs. We loaded the boat and went to breakfast. Not enough ducks to sleep in the boat; I think we had better luck then any that stayed!
Found my birds at Bluegrass Restaurant this afternoon. Even though they were sold out of their special Thanksgiving Dinner, they made a special exception for little ole me, with all of the fixings. The huge amount of leftovers are now within my refrigerator, and not one dish do I have to wash, for it all.
