I just got my camera in the mail. Are there any firmware updates that I need to do before I set it up?
Get on there website and check latest firmware. I’d guess there is. I had to do updates on my spypoint and a week after I got them out setup and working the way I wanted I had another. But they are working fine and I haven’t done it yet. Been a month I will before nov.
Must not be meant for me to have one of these cameras. You can read my struggles from before. Finally, gave in and back ordered with Sportmans Guide which said they’d ship Sept 3. Had a message this morning saying at least the 18th now so I just canceled. Got online and attempted to order through Cabelas, nothing. May have them in store but not offering it on line. I even tried other Cabelas with a ship to our store and telling me they’re not offering this option. Guess I’ll just have to start going into a few stores (yuck) and looking.
I've been trying to track one down too so we can keep an eye on the camper at the farm after last week's vandalism. So far, no luck. I'm almost afraid to go back out this weekend & see what else they've done....
I bought mine at scheels. I ordered my first one from Cabela’s on the 9th of August. It’s been stuck between Indiana and Mississippi. Never made it to me. So I just got a refund.
I’ll check them again but last time they were sold out. I think the biggest Cabelas/BP problem is online. Seems people are buying them in store and when the inventory is low they say not available on line.
Anyone that did get lucky enough to get their hands on one, what’s the battery life on these cameras?
Mine have been out for a few weeks and they have taken several thousand pics each. Both of them seem to have good battery life.
Cabelas has the ATT camera back in stock. I ordered another one this morning. You’d better hurry though. They sell out fast.
