Staying warm

I used to hunt with a guy that cut a hole in an old blanket to make it like a poncho and used i scented candles inside the blanket. He could stay in a blind a long time and it was easy to carry in or out. Just take care not to set your blanket on fire.

Well I think that's the ticket. No heat source will keep you warm unless you can contain the heat.
I'd be afraid of falling asleep and waking up in a flame.

When I used them I hunted in a box blind. It takes them longer to heat it up than a buddy heater, but it’s a good cheap alternative.

If people want to stay warm and not worry about scent, Buy An IWOM!!!! Absolutely the best cold weather article of clothing I’ve ever used, I hunted in -2 with -25 windchill this year from a saddle and was not the least bit chilly! I didn’t even have to wear gloves except to climb up and back down, the hand warmer pocket is amazing! Not to mention their customer service is outstanding, they give a full 90 day guarantee, if not fully satisfied send it back for a full refund, can’t beat that! God Bless
