Spypoints customer service is absolute garbage. If you’re even able to get thru to them. When the rep you’re talking too can’t fix it. You get passed on to another that has you do the exact same steps only for it not to work again. And that’s if you’re lucky enough to get one that speaks good enough English to understand.

Well I bit the bullet and got a Tactacam Revel Pro. It was easy to set up and I like the pictures it's getting around the house. I'll put it out Saturday when I go to the woods and see how it does. .
