Man that sux, personally I would contact the manufacturer. Surely something has to be faulty or out of line for that to happen. Atleast it didn't fly apart and maim you.

$hit. If I have to send it back, no telling how long it will be until getting it back. Next weekend looks like crap for hunting, so I do have a 2 week window at least. I've shot it maybe 50 times. Last weekend no problem. First shot today, shooting off hand, and plbbbbbbbbb.

I broke limbs twice and string once on my Parker Cyclone that I had from 08-19. Plus, had an issue with the safety about a month after I first bought it. Every time they took care of my issue but they always happened during or right before hunting season which was annoying as heck. Just a string, I’d go to the archery shop. Anything else I’d probably contact 10 pt.

Tenpoint let me take it to local shop. They restrung it and saw no issues. I’ll shoot it before I hunt with it. Gonna be 89 this weekend so I won’t be hunting.

They kick ass most of the time, but that's the problem with the budget crossguns. Dumb QC issues. They stand behind them more times than not tho, and glad they did for you
