I remember this happening to us once, didn't lose a tv though...Dad bought a booster off some fellow that he heard advertising on the swap shop. I remember us all loading up in the car and driving to the other side of the county and picking it up. When we got back home, he hooked it up and we got the station out of Hazard...we were big time, four channels...3,8,11 and 13. A few days later, lightning got it and it was back to three channels 3,8, and 13..lol.

I would ditch the cable if it were me. That lg tv has a ton of apps for free tv and has it's own lineup of free tv or at least mine does. You could also split YouTube tv with another person
