Have the changes related to access of Jenny Hole resulted in better hunting?

I see no permanent blind drawing listed for Sloughs this year for Grassy and Powell's Lake as well.

Has the hunt unit concept resulted in better success for the quota hunts?

Have any of these changes been improvements? Would we even notice if they did help in light of weaker migrations in the last handful of years?

Does the 2:00pm stop time even amount to anything?

    Curious as well.

I keep up with the hunt results and if people are being honest, it’s not made much of an impact.

Changes like that take time to see noticeable change. Also, the hunting was pretty abysmal everywhere last year.

Hell yes it’s changed. The Jenny O regulars have migrated. At one of my personal favorite dives it’s 15-20 trucks deep during the week. Weekends is worse. I know for a fact they are outcast from Jenny O. Several have told me personally.
