What do the experts say? Age and inches?
Young deer with good genetics
Looks like a young deer
Young & 120s.
Young with strong potential.
I think 3 or so and high 120’s. Good genetics pretty buck
I’d say 3. Be hard to pass but he could blow up.
good genetics,120 to 130
3yr old in the lower 30's. Lots of potential there.
3 years. 130-132 but velvet can fool ya. Few would pass him up now though. He’d be in trouble if he walked by me.
Its all up to the hunter. But me personally I would let him grow. Like said he has excellent genetics. An could be something really special next yr. But again its up to you buddy an your personal goals as a hunter. We all have different goals an outlooks.
I concur with a lot of the above posts. He's really young, prob a 3 yr old that has some potential as a main frame 10. You'll be surprised at how spindly he is out of velvet I bet. I'd say that 130 mark is pretty darn close give or take a few inches.
He is bigger than what you think, pushing 140. He has potential to blow up if he makes it next year.
I killed one afew years ago, he gained about 30 inches.
One I gave a pass last year, pushing 140. This year, he looks about the same, maybe alittle more mass, 140s again. The farm behind me changed hands, I doubt if he makes it another year.
If you shoot him you'll never know! They can't kill em all!
If you want to shoot him then he’s a shooter.
