I have the same exact gun and love it. Its not the most fun gun to shoot around but an easy carry, not matter what time of the year.
I had that one and the P11 good little guns for the money but they will jam up on you. Make sure you run lots of ammo thru it and break it in and make sure it wont jam up. I didnt have any problems after I broke it in good.
I had extra pocket change, so I figured I'd buy it.. If rains not very bad were shooting tomorrow. Thanks guys.
You should go to this page and do one a "fluff & buff" following one of those methods. I did it for my PF-9 right when I bought it. Not having another one that I left un-"fluffed" to compare, I can't tell you if it made a whole lot of difference but it has been pretty reliable. In my experience, Kel-Tec is also very good about standing by their product. Once I sheared the flange off my takedown pin, probably firing after not reinserting it all the way after cleaning. I called KT about it and they sent me a free replacement, no questions asked. Another time the little ledges on the magazine followers on all my mags were worn to the point where they wouldn't engage the slide lock after the last round. KT sent me replacements. Free.
