Second set... Soy bean fields.
I got home, took a shower, sat down to relax. Suddenly I get a text, it’s my hunting buddy, here is the exact text, copied and pasted! I can’t be the only one to enjoy this...
“We got 11 tree stands set ,4 salt blocks out,4 trail cameras,a garage full of bows and still can’t get a deer”
Hunting territory. Markers are stands, those with letters are houses of family members and and a Church. My hunting buddy’s family that is.
Obtained more places to hunt, these are nearer to my home, good to have friends!
Looking good Carp! Lots of places to go keeps it more interesting. I love a change of scenery!
Are you seeing much sign on the edge of that bean field (post #16)? I'm hunting an edge like that but not getting much action. No oaks where I am so I know its not an acorn distraction. I'm need'n to unleash that longbow!! LOL!
What about that little opening right smack dab in the middle of that big track of woods?......Man that looks good for a set up!
Some low land, swampy in places, lots of poison Ivy on most trees. All this property is near Cumberland River, has creek running through. Positive note; not many snakes or ticks because it gets under water in rainy season. Bad thing is that skeeters make up for it!
I hope it proves productive for you. So far I've logged in 11 hours in a tree and have yet to see the first deer for the 2020 season.
As Lone Watie said on Outlaw Josey Wales,.......... "I will endeavor to persevere!"
