Congratulations, that's a dandy. But, this is Kentucky hunting form, land of the big blue. Them game cock deer don't count.I still have my unfilled KY buck tag, but i managed to kill my best SC buck to date on Thanksgiving morning. Shot on my own property i bought last year. 25 yards , watched him drop. 20.5" Spread and 21" main beams. Good mass for SC buck too. Hopefully ill find one in KY late season.

I think pines are the state tree in SC lol. My property has oaks , hickory, poplar and pine. Lots of acorns typically. Fortunately, I have a good amount of white oaks and beech too.Congratulations on the deer and the property. Does it have a lot of Pine? Kentucky is Oaks and Hickory mainly. South Carolina have some acorns like we do here? Thanks for sharing.
