Roll Call

I don't see a roll call thread for the last two days. I assume everyone is resting after ML season or just getting ready for Christmas.

I'm waiting to see if there is a roll call on Friday. Anyone who sits in a tree in single digits with a double digit wind get's my vote for forum badass and will supplant Tony.

Just snuck up to my blind with the crossbow. 1st hunt of the year using it. A 1 1/2 yr old 8 and 2 fawns were already at the feeder 80 yards downhill from me. Feeder just went off at 4:00 and they all took off scared. Also had another small buck walk up right after I got in the blind. Fawns are already walking back towards the feeder. The 8 pt is a new buck so I bet he doesn’t come back today.

The very reason I bought a crossbow was for late season. I've been in a cold tree too many times when I realized I couldn't pull back my bow that is easy as pie in warm weather.

God I'd hate to ride a 4wheeler in that weather. I'm thinking of buying a helmet anyway so the snot doesn't dry on my face.
