No dumbass, the law forbids discharging a bow from upon the road at wildlife, fish, frogs, deer, meth heads, etc.... And that's any bow, with broadheads, fishing points, pointy shaft, fkn flu, flu...Or a cartridge blunt.
It's written that discharging ANY weapon, upon any public roadway is illegal.
It is written, it is law, it's not a guide, it's a statute of law...It overrides any notions of public opinion, or just plane stupid thought.
Nowhere in the fishing guide does it say bowfishing from bridges is legal...Yet you ASSUME that it is because it doesn't say it's illegal...Well hell, it don't say hand grenades are illegal either, but I bet the farm a KRS statute says hand grenades are illegal.
Your really not smart enough for this, can you phone a friend, Lol.
Please provide the actual verbiage of the statute you are citing and a link. Forgive me for not taking you at your word. What you are considering a weapon is clearly fishing tackle. The fact that you have contacted the authorities and they have chosen not to intervene suggests your interpretation is incorrect. Thanks though.
Also....I personally couldn’t care less if I am right or dead wrong. No bearing on my life in the slightest. This issue means nothing to me. I’ve never bow fished. I just think you are awesome and you should keep posting. You are a remarkably entertaining buffoon. Almost like a cool court jester...but mostly like the poor kid who gets picked on for eating his own boogers and licking the bus windows.
So you are 100% positive those streams have never been used for any form of commerce? Anything from getting logs or grain to market at some point from the time of statehood for Kentucky? And just a heads up the cfrs supersed all state laws.
Your original post was April 28, a Sunday. You edited the county out almost immediately after you posted. What are the odds that I remember it as Marshall County, which is adjacent to McCracken?
“McCracken County dumbass” reminded me of this:
Here’s a link to the original thread, from a little over a year ago.
huntingwildman, in all seriousness, I hope you’re ok.
I prayed for you last night, and again this morning, when I woke up way too early.
I read once that sometimes God keeps us awake at night so that he can talk to us, without us being interrupted.
I don't even know what to say to that stupidity, I live in Leeder Bottoms, McCracken County, so you think I changed what county I'm from?... Lol, classic!
I'm 100% sure that most are nowhere deep enough, or never were for commerce...The burden of proof would be on that they were, not that they weren't anyway sunshine.
Oh it would kill your soul to be wrong, which you are...But thanks nonetheless for the comparison to a court jester, buffoon, and booger eater.
Coming from you short shank, I know that's some weird form of admiration.
my head hurts.
Testy aren’t we. Poor little troll
Which bridge are we talking? What road? Now I'm curious. When you google Leeder Bottoms, Ky it comes up with a liquor store. Maybe that's an explanation in and of itself...
Over Mayfield Creek, but there are several in the adjacent area that are having problems too. Just heard yesterday that McCracken County deputies are running the bowfishers off of county bridges, not sure what reason they are doing that under.
Lol, get back in the game whiner!
Never wanted to block someone before! Not even Duster or GG.
