    philly beef sandwiches made with thin shaved ribeye cooked on the flattop griddle, smoked provolone, sharp white cheddar, sauteed onions and mushrooms to top all wrapped up in sourdough rolls. Fried pickle spears, banana peppers and fried pepperoni and cheese eggrolls and asst chips. Fruit pizza on a cookie crust with cream cheese "sauce" Leinenkugels Fireside Nut Brown to wash it all down.

    I almost ran out and got some thin sliced ribeyes to do this..but I didn't. Now I wish I had.:( I will make them puppies at some point this week!

    How thin was the ribeye sliced?? did you slice it or did the store??

    Three foot long subs used about 3.5 pounds raw weight (less the half pound or so I snacked on while i was cooking them) but we had them stacked pretty high
