I always carry 2 or 3 with me and have an extra one baited and ready to go. Seems like when they start biting they are in schools so ya gotta get a bait out quick. Soon as I get 1 on the bank I cast another so I can be back at it quick as possible.

Only had an hour or so to fish this morning and they just weren't biting at all. Did manage to leave with 1 though

We managed to get 4 more this evening. That took us up to 178.

I'd like to be doing a little crappie fishing myself but I can't stand this cold air I nearly freeze to death. Oh yeah I'm sitting at the lake right now, hoping to get a couple more before dark

I don’t mind cold but when the wind is blowing I’m ready to go seems like anymore when it hits me I just freeze don’t matter how much I have on!! I enjoy seeing your catches keep them coming!!

I'm starting to think we done about drained it. I know they still at least 3 in there and I'ma try and get em

Well I had to cut my trip a little shorter than I wanted. Johnny started hollering and time I figured out what about I could see my rod and reel going through the water. He said I was out of the truck and standing in knee deep water in probably less than 2 steps. Got my rod and still managed to catch the trout. We only managed 5 but it was better than nothing. May have to go get a few more tomorrow if they biting.

Yes I’d love to get some be fun only ones I caught was at the fins lakes when they stocked them!! It was a lot of fun got all the ones we caught on rooster tails white ones!!
